I don't think anyone has thought this war through. If Dubai collapses, our countries are going to be flooded by influencers, tax dodgers, and fucking idiots.

Colourful embroidery on a white background featuring a busy design of bird, plant and animal motifs
The embroidery produced by Otomi (HΓ±Γ€hΓ±u) women of Mexico is known as Tenango Embroidery. Created with an "Otomi Stitch", the colourful designs of animals, plants & rural life represent the stories & beliefs of the people who produce this specific form of embroidered expression #Womensart
The world is being run by emotionally damaged white men.
There was an article on him in a Bristol newspaper many, many years ago if I remember correctly...

Over to you, @ofcom.bsky.social
Sigh. Another day. But that's a good thing, right????

RIP Joe.
Joe, RIP.

No interruptions, please. Weβre building universal child care.
May send my dad out as a research assistant again after his success with recording the return of BH to Abbot Hall, Kendal. I pushed my mum round there before she died, in a very hard to manage wheelchair, the plinth empty as if forecasting loss. Lovely to see it full of life again.
Or just a community champion for that matter
What might another future have been, for Alice? These pictures and the ones shared by @auschwitzmemorial.bsky.social are so powerfully tragically moving.
