Happy New Year from Oklahoma! πΎ
Weβre finishing the year with Take Me Home to This Land β an Americana tribute inspired by Woody Guthrie and John Denver. Itβs a song about the Spirit of America: the road, the land, and the place we all belong. Give it a listen and share it down the road. πΆ
When we were thinking of the concept of this video, we assumed at some point the oligarch would disagree with the boss.
Pay attention to the ending.
Going back into the studio soon to work on some new tracks. And, got a new guitar pedal to stomp on!
π₯π NEW MUSIC DROP!
We can't even let our mammas hear this song.
But we recorded it anyway.
βTRUMPβS A F#@KING MORONβ β protest song with a little bit of fire.
Watch it while itβs still up. And please share, comment on YouTube and help us break the algorithm! Thank you!
And we do appreciate comments on BlueSky, of course! But, in this case... we're specifically trying to beat YouTube's right-leaning algorithm. And that requires interaction, such as comments.
Once you're on YouTube's website (click the link - it doesn't help to comment on BlueSky), just leave a comment below the video. You can even repeat your favorite line from the song! π

YouTube considers a 4-10% click-through rate as "healthy"; this video has a 31.3% CTR, which is fantastic - yet, there's only 16 impressions. Which means, they're handicapping us!
Help us beat the algorithm!
All you have to do is leave a comment on YOUTUBE. We'll post a link to new video below.
We just wrapped up recording. It covers a lot from Trumpβs first term (βfucking moronββthanks, Rex!), but itβs really a reflection on his entire character. Not a headline grab, a full body of work. That includes being found liable for rape. Thank you for sharing! It helps a lot!
Thank you!
This grandmother approves
Thank you! π

Weβve had requests for this song, and with current events where people vanish without due processβor even a nameβit felt like time. We kept Woodyβs words mostly intact and we wanted to keep this as simple as possibleβjust guitar, bass, and drums. Recording wrapped up yesterday. Out soon.
We've not uploaded in a few weeks because we've been in the studio working on three new tracks. One of them written by Woody Guthrie, it's a piece he never created a melody for. The melody that people know the song by was written by Martin Hoffman. However, we approached it as a blank canvas.

Git along, little DOGEs, git along, git along...
Well the end of that one hit big .... yikes...
This is the second song by Prairie Rebels I've seen--we need more music meeting the moment. Love this.
Elon spent $20M in the Wisconsin race and just lost.
Congratulations to Susan Crawford!
In celebration of his loss, here is "Get Outta DOGE!"
They don't use high quality wood for these necks, even after adjusting the neck... it takes weeks to months for it to bow again (truss rods aren't great either). Also, the clear finish is different from a Gibson, no effect on sound... but light doesn't reflect right, they don't look great live.
You could change out the pickups and hardware and end up with a decent sounding guitar. But, the problem with these things is the necks. I've seen a couple of Chibsons, they both had a bow in the neck and there is zero fret setup from the factory. One guy spent $300 getting his plek'd, didn't last.
But but, he said it was the biggest electoral win in history ππ©
