Bladed Diplomat, with a faceshield displaying imperial coat-of-arms with a large draping cape wrapped around to cover ~3/4 body, with widespread shoulder pads from which dangle small imperial banners.

Some initial sketches for world-building matters. Left-Right are a priestess Observer, Aristocrat, and a Bladed Diplomat, archetypes not characters. All involved in the techno-cult and urban parts of the setting, less so rural/wilderness which I need to explore more.
