Oh just did that last month with patternreview.com and well I still have lots of stash as this is pretty much my whole plan for the year.

They’re not that hard. It’s being good with zigzags and inserting elastic and folding it over and topstitching.

Got this fabric from New York City back in 2009 after dragging my husband into hidden fabric stores found through various blogs of the era. Love how it turned out using Closet Core Pauline pattern!! Also goes well with the sweater my Mom knit me!

I made my own snow pants!!! They are done and super warm! Not quite waterproof though if I have snow on my butt and then sit on the car’s heated seats. Lesson learned. #jalie2109 #jaliepatterns #jalielife

As someone who struggled with bullying as a child, the thing I love most is seeing the friendships my kids have developed. It warms my heart so much.

Working on learning visible mending this year. My brother blew out the elbow of this sweater so used some red found elsewhere in the sweater for the repair. Not perfect but the hole is gone. Need to play closer attention to the techniques.
