Amazing news! The United Nations High Seas Treaty has crossed the required 60-country ratification threshold, meaning that the agreement will enter into force in January.
This is a major win for ocean conservation.

This week I visited Pacific Palisades in LA, a neighborhood destroyed by the January fires. Shocking to see the scale of destruction, just outside of the city, and people's determination to start over and rebuild.
