Who is eligible for Reduced / Concessionary Rate?
I'm disabled and only have PIP as an income, but I can't see clarification what these rates cover.

Bits of plastic wrap and plastic bag found in the carotids of 150 ppl. Micro/nanoplastics seen via electron microscopy of plaques removed from patients. May be associated with higher risk of cardiac events. Early & limited study but depressing none the less.
