Nanaco is kneeling on a cloud with a rainbow and stars behind her. Her hair is styled into a heart with strands both wavy and straight coming from it, and her shorter hairs are braided with bows. He also has a small braid blended into her fringe. She has plenty of clips and accessories in her hair, bandaids and star/heart stickers on her skin, and she's wearing several bracelets with star charms hanging off and a pastel pearl necklace. Her top is a frilly tank with ribbons and a corset, she's wearing color-blocked shorts, and she has thigh high socks on which also have ribbons. A bolete mushroom with a smooth bulbous brown cap, a pale yellow porous underside and a thick tapered orange-brown stipe is growing from a moss-covered tree root in a forest. The convex cap is covered in a slimy veil making it very shiny and glossy. There’s another small beige gilled mushroom with a flat cap growing below it and some fallen leaves and hairy beech nut husks.
