Thankfully, between there being multiple SIs, multiple FOs with said SIs each, & the summoners & their spouses tend to help one another in general anyways, they have a whole small army (let alone an actual army) of hands to help carry each other's stuff.

you struggle to carry groceries bags but your f/o comes to the rescue. they could even carry you along with the bags... but that's for later.

Certain FOs will also shift their behavior based on who was in charge of taking care of Teru. Be it Gunnthra assisting him with her magic, Reinhardt serving a retainer-like role, Xander bringing Teru with him when doing things in Nohr or within his office all day, or Takumi/Tethys shadowing him.

Adding to the stress of it all: In the instances Teru was separated from his FOs, bad stuff tends to happen, among key highlights reinforcing this include:

- When Freyja kidnapped & tormented him in place of Takumi (whom Teru shielded with the lunar feather)

- When he was trapped in Burned Tower

He's also the most heavily-shadowed by his FOs out of all the SIs as a matter of care & duty (whereas others are more in their nature like Eclair & Kamui hovering each other & Kyo like Spongebob & Patrick to Squidward) with at least 1 of his FOs always within close proximity to him at all times.

Due to this, he's considered the most chronically ill of the SIs, & the ones that Erin in particular insists to be the least involved via doctor's orders, in favor of him getting proper time and space to recuperate after Garon & Hel proceeded to add worse to his condition & traumas.

As a missingno, Teru's body has the most Health of All Time.

One minute, he can be the most broken summoner of them all, the next, he might literally be the most BROKEN-broken & completely fall apart on the spot.

His body had difficulties coping or adjusting from his horrific condition.

Kyo (by virtue he's constantly exposed to mons) ends up hearing his fair share of nicknamed mons every time he goes to work and comes back.

Granted, he/Teru aren't one to talk about nicknames, & he's selfconscious naming anything in general, but he shares names he heard like 'Spoons' or 'Trashbag'

Ergo, Ryoma & Lif got her as their Temu doctor both fought tooth & nail to keep alive, said Temu doctor branched out by force to be a sort-of vet, & that's just her life now while perpetually being in 'Fake it til you make it' mode, keeping everyone man/beast/cosmic horror/otherwise in good shape.

She had to branch out a LOT in stretching her initial medical skill to animals or adjacents, half to catch up in pace to how monster-dense all the other SIs brought to the table (being skilled at training them, but not quite healing them), + the majority of heroes (SIs/FOs/otherwise) who are beasts.

To a degree, Erin gets some cred, & not just from her FOs.

She's NOT a vet. However, she's a discharged paramedic in a world full of healers, & while 75% of the time her practical-med skills are archaic to magic-healing, she's critical for the 25% that counts/comes up (like treating Eclair's venom)
