Your country argues over its constitution's meaning as if it were scripture. Its words can't be changed, but your Supreme Theologians change their interpretation to fit the desire of your King. Instead of arguing over the Ten Commandments, it should argue about removing this constitution from court
Who would appoint the pope of the Supreme Court? Who decides who can be the cardinals of law in the appellate courts? How do you prevent partisanship in judges? In developed countries we don't remember under what PM our judges were appointed. King Trump or King Biden matters in the usA
It will be incredibly hard, because the US constitution has been sanctified. US legal scholars quibble over it as theologians. The King appoints Supreme Theologians to change the meaning of the constitution's immutable words. US lawyers act as priests that twist and turn the law to fit their goals.
The next US Constitution, needs to strengthen its judiciary and civil service and decrease partisan control. The story of the collapse of the USA isn't the election of Trump; it is the story of the decline and failure of its judiciary and civil service through partisanship, before and during Trump.
