The narrative is as ambiguous as the images are brilliant β the cream crawling, the water lying soft in the cistern
Sonically this is on another level. The 4/6/4 sonnet is great.
And even with all the unanswered questions there is the underlying wish for a simpler life

The fourth edition of our qualitative research text is on its way in 2026, with new additions to the editorial team, new chapters and updated content.
I remember way back asking SAGE for a cover that resembled a sassy chemistry book. Theyβve delivered once again.

Slow horses is a great series, from season 1 to 4. Season 5 is a bit less enjoyable until you reach the last episode that brings everything together. But why is-it such a success? Here is the social psychology of Slow horses, an interesting analysis:

Anyone who follows Matthew will have seen some delights here from this collection. Perhaps the most unexpected aspect though is the series of poems about individual named players from Aldershot FC in the 1980s. An unlikely subject matter, these diverse little poems comment, celebrate and enchant.
I saw that today and thought βNow heβs really arrivedβ! π

Itβs me, editor at large in Belfast - and Iβve a few openings in my schedule for editorial services. Also taking bookings for next year - for authors with novels in the works, small presses, and journals.
Work with an awesome human who lives & breathes storytelling & genuinely wants you to succeed
Far too little attention's given to this in research methods training. And since online surveys are now the default method - wrongly assumed to be quick, easy and cheap - we're in a big mess of our own making.
Even if 'real people' respond, surveys are often so badly designed data is meaningless.
Apart from all the rest, this is completely incompatible with encouraging integration.
