Six-story single stair reform passed the state senate today, 29 to 2!

Everyone please give a huge, huge thank you to Senator @nathanfortexas.bsky.social for his work on this bill and for giving us the chance to bring bigger, better, brighter apartments to all of Texas!

Developer agrees to a public realm improvements (car-free paseo, money for parks and trails) and bam! More homes, better parks, better trails here we come!
