feel free to complain all you want but that won't change the law. Brazil is a multicultured country with people of all colors, and we don't need more racists here.
Rule of thumb: always check the laws of the country you are visiting before buying the plane ticket (I always do that). Crazy how a person wants to come to Brazil and complain she can't be a racist here because its againt our law and might get you jailed.
