The first of these is toggled to "on." There's also a "Media" option which is "Disable autoplay for videos and GIFs."

This is not 100% accurate. The Core Valley lines, including the infrastructure, are devolved and have been the reasonability of Transport for Wales since 2020. #thatsdevolved
