Barrow Town Hall, a very grand late Victorian (1887) gothic civic building in Red Sandstone. Set against a beautiful spring blue sky.
In Barrow for research. Some very impressive late C19/early C20 public architecture. Very prosperous for about 35 years and then… not. Economic history written into place.
