The thing about Marvel’s reality designation numbers is I understand the idea was that they don’t center the “main”Marvel universe as “Prime” or “1” or anything and that’s a good move, but it’s not clear what they do index or whose index it is.

I don’t agree that the Browncoats from Firefly are the Confederacy, I see them as a doomed attempt to construct a fictional way to have the “romance” of the “Lost Cause” without, you know, endorsing slavery. Nevertheless there’s no point in doing Firefly in the 2020s
