EMS on offload delay, dropping all patients to the ED WR
Only place to see the patient was a non-private hallway with no monitors or staff.

This case and many others were sent to the Premier and Ministers and they have not even acknowledged receipt...
They promised action publicly, but nothing has happened since early January when these cases were shared.
