Often, our neighbors live on fixed incomes and can't afford to pay commercial rates. Thus, they are stuck at home until the snow melts, which can destabilize them as they cannot get to work, the grocery store, or medical appointments.

Did it #snow where you live?
If so, consider adopting a senior or #neighbor with an access or functional need and #shoveling for them. Snow-covered accessible ramps and parking spots (with and without cars) often indicate that someone needs help.

PSA to my friends in California near the fires: breathing in wildfire smoke is really bad for you (even if it’s not super thick where you are) but if you have face masks (N95, KN95, etc) those can help a lot
