Gotta shout out RØDE for customer service. Ordered a rodecaster off Amazon, it arrived today with the wrong type of plug for power (2 pin instead of UK pin), called them up, he was aware this has been happening and got my details to send to a distributer to get me a proper plug. All in 30 mins
