Had an epiphany yesterday.
I’ve been cutting back on sugar for over a month, until the Girl Scouts appeared two days ago, and I bought a ton of cookies and had a binge.

And I didn’t like it.
I immediately felt worse the next day.
My brain’s been hooked on sugar for years, and I didn’t know.
