Duck egg blue and white decorative ceiling with stained glass windows

The beautiful ceiling at John's Lane Church. When I went in today to admire the Harry Clarke windows there was a fiddle player practising on the steps of the pulpit. He said the acoustics are good in there. It was all bit magic and a lot Ireland πŸ’š

Italy claim historic first victory over England as Borthwick’s men are rattled in Rome * Italy 23-18 England * Azzurri stun visitors for first win in 33 meetings Even by the Six Nations’ usual standards this has been a remarkable tournament. And to the list of stunning outcomes can now be added the biggest result in the history of Italian rugby. For the first time in 33 attempts they have beaten England at rugby union and no one could possibly claim the boys in blue did not deserve their long-awaited special day. Entering the final half hour it had seemed as though England might just leave Rome with their dignity intact. In other news, the latest NOAA data is showing that new methane continues to trend downward.

At the current rate of decline, the Glasgow Compact goal of reducing anthropogenic methane 30% by 2030 will be attained somewhere around 2037 to 2040.

Three points, clean sheet, job done. Not convincing in the second half but the type of game Bohs used to let slip away.

The points on the table don’t reflect that Wales team. They gave it all tonight. They’re a team on the up.

Fewer Than 2% Of Older Pedestrians Can Cross The Street In Time The length of the green signal on pedestrian crossings assumes that people can walk at a speed of 1.2 m/s. Scientists find that very few older people can walk that fast.

My March story for @forbes.com has just gone live. It's all about pedestrian crossings and how the timings they're based on no longer match the demographics of our cities βš›οΈπŸ§ͺπŸ‘©β€πŸ”¬

As you say, it’s hard to say what is planned from bland description. Possibly it’s battery storage which would be positive enough. It’s good to see the Premier Periclase site reused. I grew up a mile south of the site & if the wind was in the wrong direction the house would be coated in white dust
