we go through a LOT of soap and disinfectant

i actually don't have an explanation for that, other than we have very strict rules about disinfecting and washing hands,

also there have been studies that using gloves in these cases doesn't actually reduce germs
if that place keeps up with their handwashing protocol it's fine imho
