WTS has confirmed an issue with DUO impacting some logins to some Western services, including OWL Brightspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and others. We continue to monitor the issue and are waiting for vendor resolution. 1/2

Some users may experience issues authenticating to services such as OWL Brightspace, Office 365, Atlassian, or other applications protected by Single-Sign On (DUO). WTS is investigating and will provide more information when available.

Today, Sept. 30, we observe National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (NDTR). This day is dedicated to honouring the children who never made it home and the Survivors of residential schools. It also serves to raise awareness about the intergenerational impacts of these experiences.
