Even though there were parental controls on their devices with screen time limits on specific apps; the changes to their mood and sleep and confidence and creativity and attention span and social interactions and curiosity about their surroundings are drastically different.

I made a tough parenting decision and took all mobile devices from my kids.
Although on the heels of me discovering very unsettling information on their phone; my oldest (15) had the hardest time adjusting.
The 13 and 11 year old were fine.
In the last 4 weeks, I have seen TREMENDOUS change.
