I support Ukraine joining the EU, but both parties will benefit. Ukraine will have good trade partners and the EU will gain a good defense partner. Yes, the EU has had 4 years to adapt and they have dragged their feet. Why would anyone be reluctant to save themselves from torture and death?

Dragged into wars BY REPUBLICANS EVERY TIME. We don't help defend allies or people who we promised to defend, but we are happy to go start a war when republicans are in charge because they don't care about diplomacy and treaties. We didn't help the Iranian people when they rose up either.

putin is by far the worst if you are going by body count.
Cluster munitions usually break apart shortly before hitting the target so they do damage right at the target. This separated really high up there so it's going to spread apart wildly. It just seems weird. Of course, it's hard to get accurate perspective of something really high in the sky at night.

The risk was in putting a fool in charge of Taiwan's defense who doesn't understand that our economy will collapse if we let China take Taiwan. If China think's it's a losing proposition then the chance of attack decreases. Now the U.S. is tied up with crap elsewhere and Taiwan is undefended.
