Surprisingly, this home version of Commando performs better than the NES version, which was riddled with glitches all gameplay long. If only this version had the music pack of the NES version, this game would be indisputably superior.

Forget the comically wild part. This game is too unhinged, and therefore it's a horror game!
This game is wild. The characters, story, and profanity are Wild. The music is Wild. The Game Over image is disturbingly Wild. And the Gameplay is comically Wild.
Now this, is a certified classic! I've played it a lot with my friend on an Xbox in Co-op campaign mode and went as far as ancient Mesopotamia, where the loading screen gets stuck mysteriously.
Seriously loved the Thompson more than the Minigun. Serious Sam: Second Encounter on PS2 was fun too!
I gotta say, this game, is WILD. It's like someone suddenly decided to make this Chase H.Q.-esque game after playing a few minutes of Carmaggedon or something. Lol!

This is an interesting game from the greatest of William Hanna and Joseph Barbera! It reminds me so much of Super Off Road with the gameplay. In terms of Hanna-Barbera, their games Wacky Races (NES) and both Tom and Jerry and Tiny Toons (both on SNES) are fun to play!
