As for Slay the Spire 2? It scratches that itch. I LOVED the original and this one is basically an extension of that one, that's a compliment too.
For an early access, it has SO much stuff to it. Co-op is very funny and offers a lot of new strategy to it. Lowkey a goty for me.

Even when the time aspect hits me (oh, the building will be finished tomorrow) that would annoy me in something like ACNH, this game has so much more I can get done in the downtime. Finding a new Pokemon and cleaning up the new areas is just so chill.

I really like Pokopia, one of the best Pokemon side games in so long for me. Its an aspect of comfy games I enjoy while having a surprisingly interesting lore for the world. It's pretty unique imo
