Iโm happy to hear! ๐
I guess in the end of the day creating goofy or whimsical things is my true passion,
they can make people smile and I think this something awesome! ๐

This is looking fantastic!! ๐๐
He and his 3 brothers arrived with broken off legs, that was kind off the reason I decide to mess around with him ๐
But not kidding I have a love hate relationship with 3d printed resin stuff... I ALWAYS manage to break it, it is even worse than antennas on planes (that I break too)
Thanks, Paul! ๐
Can't wait to finally put all the pieces on the base and see how it looks but it needs to dry first...
He is waiting to move into the toilet.
After I broke one of his legs off (again) I put him in a saver spot ๐
๐
I also tried out new static Gras got 2mm now and another 4mm, that one was a letdown though
And painted! Getting it from Mahagoni primer back to a saturated is not that easy. But I am fairly happy with the green shade and I did not even do test pieces this time xP The ground will lighten up when dried so it remains to see how it looks but I think I will go for a light sandy path instead of the dark ground I made last time โฆ
I did not paint the roof ๐
But I did plant some grass and painted it! ๐
Tried to make it more vivid this time, maybe could have gone even further but definitely more saturated than the previous ones!
Ground is still wet and probably needs second pass tomorrow.

That small one has definitely more charm ๐
yes! Maybe I paint the actual roof tomorrow ๐
It's crazy how much time you can spend with just trying out different paints...
Roof test pieces to figure out how to paint old asbestos there is also some moss testing going on
I can never say no to scale model vegetation and this might actually fit pretty nicely, I also got it very cheap because itโs second hand but obviously not used
Went to the hobby store after breakfast to get some paints and then spend the whole day making roof test pieces ๐
I think it is slowly going in the right direction.
I also found a cool tree/bush in the second hand box and got it very cheap ๐
Ohhhh damn... I just found my my old Comics, that I made for a newspaper childrens page years ago.
There are 156 comics in this folder and I have zero memory of most of them... but, and that's the biggest suprise, I find them actually funny! ๐คฃ
Colorful handmade trading cards of my two comic figures Sevaman and Rookie
I recently made a Rookie Card for my Sevaman card!
( Donโt question the color choice, I had to try the other half of the sparkly tape in the package ๐คฃ)
No reason to be sorry this is a perfect food porn shot ๐
This photo looks like straight out of a cookbook ๐ฎ๐
indeed!
I was so ashamed I actually clean it up short after but it is only a matter of time until the chaos is back๐
awww how cute! โค๏ธ
How long has he been living there?
haha I am kind of relived because these paper models are crazy enough already ๐๐
Don't tell me the hook is from paper as well?!
Soooo now that you are rich, you can invite us all on a drink? ๐
Itโs a complete messโฆโฆโฆ.
Oh uhโฆ my paint collection is everywhereโฆ again ๐ณ๐ซฃ
Very nice Stef! ๐๐

This one looks fantastic Mr Badger!
Great work ๐๐
that house with the arch is super lovely!!
Look at this nice weathering ๐
Since I now know it is not an metal but an asbestos roof, I think a rough corroded surface fits a lot nicer. Set the asbestos fibers free! :D
I decided to apply a nasty thick layer of Tamiya surface primer with a sponge. To give the roof a bumpy uneven texture.
I guess very similar to what armor modelers do ๐
Iโm pleased with the look so far now I need to find some fitting shades. Seams like a good reason to visit my hobby shop ๐
I definetly need that moss on mine! I already have bough some moss flocking material ๐
Went to inspekt the my game house again to compare it with real live pictures. Moss and lichen are present but it has a saddening lack of bird poop :P
I have not found any bolts on my game model the "edge covers" apper to be rusty metal though ๐
I like these options! ๐๐
Sooo I did more research for painting the roof because the roofs in game are never rusty and as one would expect from metal and turns out:
Itโs asbestos cement sheets! ๐
Now that I think about it, why was I expecting anything different than asbestos! ๐
Thank you, Matthew! ๐
