We've officially tagged revision 2025-03-26 of the MCP spec!

This brings some long-awaited changes, like:
- Authorization
- New Streamable HTTP transport
- Tool annotations for describing read-only, destructive, etc. beahviors

This follows the adoption of FastMCP in the Python SDK, but adapted for the conventions of the JS ecosystem. Feedback welcome!
