比起不斷內耗尋找當初事實為什麼會這樣的原因（已經發生無法改變），不如好好問自己的感受如何，然後問自己接下來想怎麼做，或許會花很多時間去思考、迷茫、不知所措，但慢慢重新拼湊曾經破碎的自己，理解或了解自己想要的，不反駁自己的情緒讓情緒落地，我覺得這是一件很重要的事情

稍微抒發一下最近的情緒，可能稍微有點沉重
決定面對曾經讓我感到破碎的事情，雖然已經對事情感到不生氣了，但想起來果然還是會難過
我不確定把自己設立的防線拆掉會發生什麼，但我已經不太需要/想要對著當初破壞信任以及安全感的人來防著了，無論結果是好或是壞，只要事情還沒發生就不要過度焦慮或想像，如果真的發生了再來想怎麼好好面對，或許拆掉防線這個決定很蠢吧？但是這是我自己想選擇這麼做，即使這麼做有可能會讓我再次受傷
