Glasgow wasn’t a lawless hellscape back then either btw. You had to be unlucky to find trouble, unless you were looking for it. It wasn’t perfect then, it’s not perfect now, but there’s so much bullshit talked about comparative past and present Glasgow. It’s undoubtedly less violent.

This needs called out, called out and called out some more on a factual basis. Glasgow, pre Violence Reduction Unit, was a more violent place. Anyone who grew up in the 90s will remember schemes regularly battling other schemes and even different areas within the same scheme battling each other.

I still can’t believe Joani Reid’s husband is an alleged Chinese spy and an Alba plant snuck into the number one spot on the Labour Lothian list and Anas Sarwar tried and failed to coup Starmer. What a month for the Scottish Labour Party.

Two things here.

The idea that Muslim voters are a homogeneous group who can be easily manipulated is deeply offensive in itself.
