Im going to actually try harder to get myself in shape this year. Having a baby and breastfeeding took me out of the game for a couple years, but Im reeeaaaddddy to have my body back.
Idk how to explain to people, who don’t get it, that these trips I plan and these tattoo appointments I have scheduled are what keep me earth side.
I think one of my biggest problems is I don’t want to acknowledge that things get to me, that I am hurt…
So when I’m going through something really hard, I just avoid the whole topic.
If I don’t talk about it, then it doesn’t exist.

And NO, the liver isn’t going to heal itself. Once you hit a certain point, the damage can not be reversed. Odds are, if you start having liver failure symptoms you’re past the point of no return.
I’ve got friends that have been drinking every day since high school.
Some of them are going to find out the hard way about the effects of liver failure and cirrhosis, sooner rather than later.
Even a couple drinks a day, after 10 years can cause irreversible liver damage.

There’s nothing I love more than simply being “mom”.
I have worked so hard to become the person and mother that I am today. I’m proud of who I am, and want to continue to lead by example.
Life is so exhausting.
Every so often I have enough energy to take it all on, but not every single day.
Perhaps the most depressing part about the last couple of months is that every awful shitty thing that’s happening to this country is self-induced. People asked for this. None of it had to happen.
