At the low end of a size, the tapes touch at the center, for this sizing method.
This means that however many inches bigger you are than the "low end" will be the number of inches between the tape ends.

We also did some measurements tonight of all the sizes. The largest the XL will go, with the tapes at the edges of the landing zone, is 60”.

I really wanted to see how much we could push it with the tapes being all the way to the edge of the landing zone and 59~60” ends up being the largest measurement for the XL.
I’d totally be up for sending a sample to someone with a waist size around there, just to see if it’ll fit at those points!

We got these sizes by applying the tapes the the most center part of the landing zone, just to the point of touching each other, for the smallest measurement.
And for the largest measurement, we applied the tapes to the very edge of each landing zone, without them touching the plastic shell.
