I slow cooked a beef brisket in garlic and onion infused blueberry wine for 12 hours. After it fell apart I added starch to the juice to make a gravy to put on before topping it with sharp cheddar cheese and served with a side of steak fries

I had a nightmare come true today, and I got my finger in the way of my sewing machines needle. I was hand turning the wheel trying to get my stitch started and I didn't want the thread to pull out and I was too far forward. I had to bend the needle to get my finger out of the machine. 🙃

I got my first machine for Christmas and I'm just learning too. I've watched a lot of Cornelius Quiring on YouTube. His videos have been very helpful.

The first rough draft that was actually wearable. The first attempt was overall too small.

It's a little short after the hems, and it needs more room for adjustments, but it's way more polished than the first attempts, as you can probably tell.

This is the best pan pizza I've ever eaten 😮
325g bread flour
12g salt
20g sugar
10g yeast
½ stick melted butter
175g water
Mix 100°F water, yeast, and sugar, let rest for 10 min.
Mix dry's and wets. Knead. Let rest until doubled in size.
Press into a cast iron pan
350 for 20 minutes ish
