We expressed this through using Lego to show some of our achievements, as well as making notes and displaying them on tables.
Our winter planning event helped to put us in a better place to help make people's voices heard and get their rights upheld.

It was great to see so many colleagues talk about what's working well, what new work they're looking forward to and how we can improve what we do.
