Where in Ireland are your folks from? My family is Manx/Irish. I studied Yeats as an undergraduate and visit Ireland whenever possible. Really love West Cork, some potential family ties to that area and County Clare.

My Irish coffee is basically just whiskey poured into black coffee. Not big on sugar and cream. My metabolism isn’t what it used to be.
We are clearly brothers. I’ve throttled back on the alcohol in my Autumn years but my go-tos are still bourbon and tequila. Have been known to make an Irish coffee now and then. Caffeine is the breakfast, lunch and dinner for creators.
