Circling back to the second question:
She wasn't okay at all.

Oh god.
Uaruru loved him, and he loved her. His sudden sacrifice destroyed her. It changed her as a person. She took up thaumaturgy to honor him, he always wanted her to learn the art after all.
She dived so very deep into dark magicks. Her grief a boundless hell she could not escape.

Uaruru fucking HATES Y'shtola like oh my GOD they are at one another's throats constantly.
This is because they are very similar people in so many ways and I think two of them in the same room would be like gasoline and fire.

But ME, I like her quite a bit, she's a great character.

Guys lets all be okay with your characters not liking everyone and having messy complicated feelings or even pure hatred towards even fan favorite characters bc ur characters feelings do not have to reflect on u as a writer and its even fun writing things that are contrary to ur own feelings
