I have to take 20mg per day to prevent congestion & to be able to digest food, even at all. For life. Unless I get my spleen removed. Then I will have zero allergies again

U only know the pleasure of the rice salt chicken water diet if you have severe digestive issues. I once had to live on it for mths, off and on, but that helped me get diagnosed with PTSD MCAS (mast cell activation), plus further testing confirmed it

Rice, salt, chicken

Vanilla yogurt
Ginger kombucha
One garlic pickle

One double hamburger
One baked apple pie
Mint tea

Water

The yogurt was a risk but I needed calories and trying to rebuild gut biome rn (hence kombucha/yogurt/pickle combo 😆)

...was worth it, cause physically I feel a lot better. Digestive system seems almost clear but irritated a bit so some pain.

I am going to have to supplement this diet with a few things I cannot just do chicken rice and water and salt rn, they took too much blood from me, gotta build up iron AGAIN

Oh have moved onto the third round of my digestive distress:

1) massive pain that makes me feel like I am dying

2) cannot poop

3) cannot stop poopin

Anyway I had to eat more then chicken/rice yesterday, was still too faint, had a plain burger and a baked apple pie from McD's, needed the cals

You only live once. Thats why I am going to eat the food I want to eat, no matter what your mom cooks me in the morning
