I'd argue Arteta's Arsenal has changed the game, in much the same way Kerr's Golden State Warriors changed the landscape of basketball. Both found weak defensive points, set peices and 3-pt shots, and exploited them enough that other teams had to adapt to stay competitive.

I'm so sorry! At the minimum, I hope they can help with the pain, or at least get you some viscous lidocaine for temporary relief. Fingers crossed they find something fixable and don't say "I'll have to do a lit review and get back to you". 😅
I hope it goes well and is something easy to fix! I went almost 5 months without a voice, and getting the right kind of antibiotics and ONE meeting with a speech language pathologist, and it was like nothing happened.
I have reached the age where I now must care about the tread on my shoes. I am genuinely so sad. My 5yo flip flops have been champions, but I stepped on a painted line in the parking lot, slipped, and fell out of my shoes.

A delightfully clever little dice roller that was a hit for everyone from ages 34 to 90! Especially if you only pay attention to 4 data points around one table in Tucson, Air-eh-zone-ya.
It was speedy, easy to explain, SO CUTE. We have played a handful of games tonight, and our 90-year-old gran and my partner's uber competitive dad both declared it their favorite, so it has quite a wide appeal.
