It's soooo open to interpretation. If Trump decided that there is electoral fraud during voting, he could use the act to shut down polling stations "while an investigation takes place", and arrest polling station staff. There are a myriad of ways that he could interfere with and stop the mid-terms.
I hope you're right about not being able to stop them. But he's already said he regretted not utilising the Insurrection Act in his first term.

Could also do with government support for maintaining and repairing public EV chargers on the islands. Takes weeks or sometimes months to be brought back online. Outages are a big issue because of the limited availability of public EV chargers.

Second this. Just installed Zorin OS 18 on an old Dell XPS 13. Works a treat, and you can tweak the GUI to look like Windows or a Mac if you want.
