It's been a hectic start to the new yr. We unexpectedly lost our newly adopted 11yr old retired sled dog a few weeks ago. We found her passed in her sleep. Our family is devistated, she was the sweetest dog. I also started a new job that also has me exhausted but I love what I do. Its been busy 😪

Well no FurcationLand for us this year! 😢 canceled our hotel room in the overflow. Just too expensive for us this year. We'll be very sad to miss it, it's the only con we go to because its local and small.

Its very tough. And I genuinely don't know how other people can work full time at home with a young child. My child would have never allowed that. She was very needy. Even now, shes 7 and god forbid I sit down for a minute its always "mommy! Help!" Its like clockwork 🫩

Oh the struggle is real 😭. I found i could only get work done when it was nap time. Then after nap times stopped I would let my daughter watch pokemon on my phone in my work room (maybe an hour of work time) but it wasn't until school that I could actually get stuff done.

I've been very busy as of late, we adopted another retired sled dog (Alaskan husky) Slappy is 11yrs old and is the sweetest and most polite dog I've ever met and very smart. We are very happy she joined our family to spoil her. She needs to loose about 15lbs and some lumps checked out.

Hybrid between a sock paw & regular foot paw. Foam base with polyfil and fur sleeve over base.
Extremely comfy to wear!

The beautiful and SUPER comfy hybrid sockpaws are on their way to the client for ANE🐾
They came out absolutely lovely and gorgeous. Mochi minky pads,custom fit neoprene lining and stuffed for comfort! No glue except for foam base and all sewn. Theres 0 glue touching the fur.

Some details 😁

We made a giant light fury plush for a Christmas present for my child this year, got the plush pattern and embroidery eye pattern from Etsy!
I think it came out great! I also have a toothless pattern.
Her wingspan is like a blanket!

Then there were two toesies!
Next step is cutting out the fur and sewing the beans on the bottoms. I do have to wait for some steps as my neoprene and gray fur is en route and the toes are all gray and I have to wait until I have my lining to put the base (bottom) together

I modify the sizing and utilize my own patterns to fit my commissioners needs (the lining is custom fit & patterned by me)

Doing a lovely plantigrade hybrid sock paw commish right now!
Besides the glued foam base everything else will be sewn and there will be no glue on the fur at all once the sleeve fits over the feet!
Can't wait to show the final results, I will be taking more slots for these once done!
