Back to regular posting, there are still some January pieces to get through. Like some big beginnings of the fat superheroine craze with Sue and Diana!

I was in a bit of a slump due to some personal dramas

Then two dummies gave me some ideas and prompts and I got so brain rotted I pumped out six pieces in like 36 hours

So @fluffgirlwrites.bsky.social came up with feeder alternatives to Ultron and MODOK but I was always more drawn to Ultron anyway.

And puns always help.

Should probably use this opportunity to say that we do not have any solid plans for a sequel. We’ve tossed around some ideas but we would need a lot more spare time than we have now to pull it off again.

I don’t really think anyone missed out, pretty much every character that was in the script made it into the final product, with the exception of Kitty Pryde, who was originally in Jean’s place in the X-Men’s cameo before it was decided the timeline wouldn’t really match up to include her.

Since I made the initial sketch before a script was locked down, those characters were obviously gonna be included. She-Hulk was another obvious pick given she makes it easy to go for huge sizes, and we had the idea of Carol being bait for Jess and Monica so those were the last additions.

Keep in mind we’ll still be busy with stuff but we’ll try to get to every question we can.

Genuinely working on this comic was such a career highlight, and seeing Plus-Star bring it all to life was so cool. Every page of this book looks immaculate, and this one has gotta be one of my favorites of the bunch (which is really saying something lol).
