It's been a tough weekend but the little one is finally starting to feel better. At least it gave us a lot more experience in dealing with the Japanese healthcare system with a small child.

Today on things that my baby does that are difficult to explain to strangers:
She loves looking at airplanes so I was pointing up at them going "See? Hi plane!" so now she has a habit of raising her arm straight up at a 45 degree angle and saying "SEE! HI!" which is...an unfortunate combination.
It's almost setsubun which signals the start of spring. That means it'll get warmer soon...right?

Just feeling incredibly grateful for the first month of this year. There is a lot of scary stuff happening around the world but at least in my small bubble here there has been so many moments of positivity. I've met some really wonderful people the last few weeks and feel more encouraged than ever!

Schedule! I am changing the format a bit because I want to try some "cozy" streams in my evening/usa mornings to let people hang out while I listen to some music and decorate my virtual houses or pet some virtual animals. I might have to adjust days/times and we will see if people like it!
