A Cryptic Christmas coming to you before the big day.
The view from behind the wheel as I drove home from Tesco this morning. It’s all right, I was stopped when I took the picture.
I’m not saying it’s cold but when I opened the door this morning, there were 2 penguins asking if they could come in for a warm in front of the fire.
We saw next to nowt last winter, and now look. And it's only November. Looks like we're hibernating from now until about March.
Daughter, mother, wife, sister, and if she were with us, she would be grandma twice over now.
My daughter Angela, left us 6 years ago today, aged only 49, a victim of MND. Gone far too early.
Wherever you are Angie, we know you’re smiling down upon us and we love and miss you.

Unfortunately I’ve been very ill all day but I got plenty of rest instead. Just done a covid check and it ain’t that. I think it’s Carol’s bronchitis which she’s kindly passed to me.
For now, my best wishes to each and every one of you. Have good time tonight, and look forward to 2024.

Got the wife to a doctor last night. She has a massive chest infection (no, it’s not Covid) and she’s on a course of antibiotics. This morning I’ve woke up with the same problem and because of my breathing difficulties, I always have AB’s in the house. I’ll probably be on them by tomorrow.
Today is my wife’s birthday and I’d like to wish her a very happy birthday. I’d like to but I’m not going to because I’m not talking to her. She took me Christmas shopping yesterday. Big mistake.
I did buy her a special present, though. A new support for her busted knee.
