AI-generated artwork is officially not eligible for copyright protection after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review the appeal.

The court ruled that a work must have a human creator in order to qualify for copyright.

Here's to hoping this is the year I'll actually be able to study Norman Rockwell on top of the Art Nouveau styles.

I've always wanted for my illustrations (as much as I enjoy my current semi-toon style) to feel more like what you'd see with Fallout's artworks. Maybe I'll do some study streams soon.
