I used to run an art gallery so I got the guy who hung the work there to come round (when I moved house) and hang my 2D artwork. It really is a skill (that I don’t have). Please remember; don’t hang work too high. Usually art is seen from a seated position.

I pulled a knee ligament by jumping out of bed to straighten my leg from a cramp in my calf muscle. That was three months ago and I’m still using a walking stick and wearing a knee brace. Not to mention the OTC pain meds and anti inflammatory gels I’ve been using daily! Nightmare!
