Soham murderer Ian Huntley dies after prison attack Huntley, who murdered two schoolgirls in 2002, had his life support switched off on Friday, the BBC understands.

My eldest was born the day after these murders; so this was the main news story while I was getting the hang of sleepless nights and changing nappies.

I don’t support the death penalty but that doesn’t mean I’ll be feeling any sympathy over this.

I live near the top of Handsworth Hill, so most of my runs finish with a climb!

The only flat bits are along the rivers, but most people don’t live in those areas!

The climb heading back into Handsworth is particularly grim!
