β€˜There’s no finish line on being creative’: How running inspired Harry Styles to write epics like β€˜Aperture’ Clocking miles is the secret to great tunes, it seems – and the science linking running and creativity proves it

To celebrate securing an exclusive conversation on running, life and art between Harry Styles and Haruki Murakami, Runner's World magazine have resurrected an article I wrote for them in 2024 about the relationship between running and creativity www.runnersworld.com/uk/training/...

Melania Trump is chairing a UN Security Council meeting.

I'm not joking.

The US currently holds the presidency of the council and that's who Trump chose as chair.

Dartmoor was misty and wild this weekend for our Way of the Runner retreat with Damian Hall, who joined us fresh from scrambling around the infamous Barkley Marathons course just a few days earlier - he still had Barkley mud on his shoes.
