Unpopular opinion. Democrats boycotting the State of the Union does not help anyone. As a Democrat I want them to be there and boo and yell and protest like GOP did when Biden spoke. I need people yelling “liar.” I need people to show up not stay away.

Today is the day that 4 years ago I watched bombs strike my birth city in Ukraine and I sobbed in disbelief. And yet, still, 4 years later, missiles, drones, bombs strike my city and leave my friends and family hungry, cold, hopeless. Not enough help. Not enough efforts.
