Mortal Kombat 4 is just whole new levels of jank never before seen in an MK game!
Somehow after running backwards, Scorpion is able to magically catch Raiden and punch him in the arm. Naturally, Raiden yells βMy leg!β π
in the winter, the tribe sheds their boy leaves before hibernation, emerging in the spring as beautiful maidens with exquisite plumage
βPause when I wantβ is kind of the problem for me. When I watch a movie at home it takes a lot longer cos Iβm always pausing and getting distracted by other things!
Inevitably, train companies bias towards the cheap and easy route of cracking down on customer convenience rather that spend money to harden the network against fraud, by installing more gatelines or hiring more staff to enforce it.
Itβs worth it for the ending, and the Miles Morales side game is fun too.
There is a point where you exhaust the XP and material gains from sidequests, and I took that as my cue to stop messing around and go do the story!
Thatβs a slightly different issue, but ideally routes where train companies know thereβll be no ticket checks or barriers should be excluded from the dataset when calculating fraud - as thereβs literally no way to know in these cases.

Spider-Man (Peter Parker) launches himself over the urban landscape of Queens
Ahh, it feels great to be back webslinging around New York! Yes, itβs time for me to start Spider-Man 2, a decision helped greatly by the fact that itβs now on PS Plusβ¦ π
So far Iβve eased back into the combat and gotten used to both Peter and Milesβs unique movesets. The game looks fantastic!

this single player RPG served as a successor to the Pokemon Stadium games, allowing rival trainers to connect their GBA games and battle it out!
I was pleased to see that the hidden Blackjack mini-game is now available freely on the title screen in the remake after completing the game. Quite why thereβs a random Blackjack mode in FFIX is anyoneβs guessβ¦
Zidane (blonde haired boy) and Dagger (dark haired girl) are climbing a ladder on the back of an airship. Zidane reaches up to βaccidentallyβ catch a feel of Daggerβs ass, and remarks βOoh, soft.β
Zidane is with some of his party in a scary looking chamber. Steiner, a knight in silver armor, reassures him: βChivalry requires a knight to look after his comrades-in-arms. I will not abandon you!"
The main antagonist of the game, Kuja, floats menacingly in front of Zidane. He remarks narcissistically, βWhy should the world exist without me? That wouldn't be fair."
The End (and a trophy pop-up named βAllβs Well That Ends Wellβ)
Roll credits on Final Fantasy IX! One of my absolute favourite RPGs, I can still remember the feeling of playing and completing it 25 years agoβ¦ π
Iβll leave a few unrelated screenshots here cos the ending is one that everyone should experience unspoiled. (And yes, it still makes me cry!)
Isnβt The Wheel essentially the same format with different rules?
Thatβs kind of difficult, as the ultimate responsibility for taxation and spending will always be the government. Even if they laid down some novel βno interfering with the
BBC actβ, that would only last until the next government get a chance to repeal it.
Yes and no, if you blunder in unprepared it will probably destroy you because of its βunique ATB mechanicsβ (i.e. it cheats). But knowing how to deal with it, you could do it at a much lower level than I was. (I just happened to be level 99 for other reasons π)
About time if you ask me. Was a right eyesore.
Evil marble go boom!
Thatβs #FFIXβs super boss Ozma dealt with, and one of the final milestones in fully completing this gameβ¦ π

Fruits of an early run-out to pick up a lovely near-freebie 15" LG flat screen CRT VCR combi. Mono sound but has a biiiiig speaker on the side so it's a cut way above our other mono combis.
SCART and composite, with a very nice composite image and 60hz through it too, not always a given.
Sasha, thereβs more to being a good person than just having a stereo televisionβ¦ π
Nice find! I do love those VCR combos units.
Did anyone have the original Atlaspheres Challenge set back in the 90s? That was the one I desperately wanted... but I got Danger Zone instead, boo π #gladiators
Catching up on some movies means more movie reviews!
First up it's The Sum of All Fears, one of several Jack Ryan reboots that didn't stick - but nonetheless a tense and entertaining thriller with an amazing cast.

The fact that assholes like Docter now feel emboldened to say this kind of thing in the media, with no apologies or conciliation to the people theyβre hurting, is genuinely scary. Society is backsliding so fast.
Cheap Cheap the Cooking Chicken would have words with them about crack-crack-cracking the egg into the bowl π
I don't tend to imagine dropping Lego on people's heads. For one thing, it would break. For another, stepping on Lego is more painful so I'd do that instead.
I have imagined dropping an original Xbox on someone's head. Now that could legitimately kill someone if it fell from a height!
Congratulations are in order for both Emily and Ella - Emily for the win, and Ella for going through as the fastest runner up! We'll be seeing them both again in the semi-finals.
And hopefully you'll be seeing my posts next week... not sure why they weren't showing up today! π’ #gladiators
It seemed like a foregone conclusion but Hinley was making up the difference. One slip on the travelator from Finn and it could have gone very differently.
They did a lot of this in the first series, but now it's only for the new events, and even then only on their debut.
I often hear people say that the five events don't matter when it all comes down to the Eliminator race, but here we see how much of a difference a good points lead from the events can make. Without Finn's 8.5 second head start, I wonder if it would have been Hinley's night after all?
#gladiators
Is this the largest Eliminator head start we've ever seen on the new series? Finn gets a whopping 8.5 seconds on Hinley! #gladiators
Emily outruns the Cyclone on Unleash! No contest, really - the gladiator wasn't even close behind... #gladiators
