Canโt wait to read it!
Would any of my law professor connections, particularly folks writing about sexual orientation and gender identity be willing to provide some feedback on a current draft of my work in progress โComing Outโ?
I've said this before, but the fact that legal academia (especially at top schools) has significantly turned away from concern with doctrineโin helping judges figure out how to resolve hard casesโcreates an opportunity for those lawprofs who want to have actual influence on how law develops.
Can you add me?
As usual, Elizabeth Prelogar has put on a master class in being classy and professional while destroying bad arguments. All law students should listen to her argue cases.
So excited to participate in this wonderful, upcoming symposium celebrating the 10th anniversary of Obergefell v. Hodges. March 20, 2025.
